You are loved. Do you believe it?
“Once you were alienated from God and were enemies in your minds because of your evil behavior.” - Colossians 1:21
“God is love.” 1 John 4:8
“But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” - Romans 5:8
The problem isn't sin. The problem isn’t the devil. The problem isn’t God. The problem is our mind. Until we fully believe that we are fully loved by God in Holy Love we will wrestle with loving God, loving others, and loving ourselves. We thought that because we were unholy, we were unloved. What Jesus did was prove that we are still loved by God and because we are still loved by God we can still be made holy by God. Even in our unholiness we are not unloved. And what Jesus came to do was to convince us of God’s love for us by his sacrificial death and make us holy through his blood. You are (w)Holy Loved.
