Nehemiah prayed to God and spoke to the king. There is both a spiritual component and a natural component to Nehemiah's request. If we are going to see God move and the ruins repaied it takes both a spiritual encounter and a natural encounter. We must be people of spiritual action - praying and fasting. And we must be people of natural action - serving and doing.
