The Seven. John's Letters To The Churches In Revelation.
Why a series from Revelation? Because we need to be reminded that Jesus is the conquering King and in Christ we are more than conquerors. Many feel like that are more overwhelmed than they are overcoming. Jesus speaks another word.
Revelation wasn't written to frighten you. It was written to encourage you. It was written to remind you that Jesus still holds the church. It was written to call us to hold fast to the one who has overcome death, hell, and the dragon.
Don't be afraid. He has given his church power and authority.
Our worship services are Jesus centered, Word driven and Spirit led. What does that mean? We preach Jesus, from the Bible, under the power of the Holy Spirit. We love Jesus and believe His life, teachings, death and resurrection make life make sense.
Our people are regular people, real people, just like you. Some are younger, some older, some single, some married (some with kids), some grew up in church, some are new to this. But all want to be changed by Jesus.
We love Jesus. We believe the Holy Spirit still works like he worked in the Bible. We do communion. We pray. We hear real stories from real people. We believe that Jesus died and was raised from the dead to give us new life, real life, and that changes everything. This is Real Life.
